Responsibilities

Maintain and prioritize deal pipelines, tracking critical deadlines and milestones

Assist Transaction Managers with financial modeling through data gathering, research, and model validation

Execute small-scale transactions including renewals, subleases, and terminations, assisting the clients with other ad-hoc projects

Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support negotiation strategies

Demonstrate proficiency with JLL's Dealio software and billing processes

Manage strategic data integration across client and internal lease administration platforms

Coordinate smooth handoffs between transaction and lease administration teams

Implement quality assurance protocols that maintain Transaction Manager reputation, including tracking and logging of KPI metrics

Partner with lease administration, finance, legal, and digital teams to support Transaction Manager objectives

Prepare transaction summaries and client presentations that enable high-value client interactions
