Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with clients’ management team
Develop and manage relationships with analysts and investors
Assist with potential clients’ pitching materials and pitch calls
Manage clients’ deal and non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and other major events
Interact with clients’ management team to prepare for quarterly earnings calls, including drafting earnings releases, management Q&A preparation, and investor feedback
Assist with the creation and preparation of key messages and supporting investor presentation materials for clients
Track and report on client’s competitor/peer business developments and financial results
Prepare analysis for client outlining investor feedback, financial results, stock price performance, changes to institutional shareholder base
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
Strong interest in corporate finance and capital markets
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and related field preferred
