Responsibilities
Lead enterprise sales efforts across major US banks, regional banks, neobanks, and FIs
Drive conversations around core banking transformation, digital front-office evolution, and cloud modernization
Navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and digital teams
Build and expand executive relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, innovation leaders, strategy heads)
Shape US go-to-market strategy and act as the voice of the region internally
Close multi-million-dollar deals that shift how institutions operate
Qualification
Required
A strong track record selling banking or financial technology into US financial institutions
Experience with complex enterprise sales (12+ month cycles) involving multiple decision-makers
Deep understanding of the US banking landscape — regulatory pressures, legacy tech pain points, competitive dynamics
Executive presence with the ability to partner at boardroom level
A strategic, consultative approach + the grit needed for transformational selling
Based in NY or able to be there consistently
