Responsibilities
Proctor tests according to established guidelines and procedures
Ensure a secure testing environment and monitor test takers to prevent cheating or misconduct
Distribute, collect and organize test materials as per instructions provided
Verify and confirm the identity of test takers and ensure compliance with testing regulations
Address any technical issues that may arise during testing and report them promptly
Provide assistance and support to test takers as needed
Communicate effectively with test administrators, faculty and students regarding testing schedules and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or testing procedures preferred
Preferred
Prior experience in proctoring or supervising tests is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with testing software and equipment is desirable
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
