They are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Inspector responsible for inspecting incoming goods, ensuring compliance with company standards, and preparing orders for shipping.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming goods. Verify all certifications and packing list are in order to company standards
Examine and unpack incoming shipments; ensure they meet specifications and record issues
Perform visual inspection of packaging; before accepting goods
Perform inspections and verify all inbound and outbound materials for accuracy and order completion
Complete inspection records, logs, rejection reports, etc. before inputting into ERP system
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves
Inspects and fills orders to be shipped to customers
Prepares orders for Shipping by picking, scanning and packing in an accurate and timely manner

Qualification

Aerospace InspectionERP System ExperienceMathematical CalculationsTeamworkWork Under Pressure

Required

Able to perform simple mathematic calculations
Intermediate Computer skills; experience with Quantum Database ERP is a plus
Previous Aerospace Inspection is a plus
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 50 lbs
Be able to stand/sit for extended hours
