Alive Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Member Service Representative to serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union. The role involves performing routine member transactions, providing account information, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union

Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing

Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling the member's daily Credit Union needs

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws including but not limited to The Bank Secrecy Act

Understand compliance issues and attend training as they relate to the position

Required

Associate degree from college or university, one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of all Credit Union policies and procedures and all branch services and products

Cash handling: 2 years (Required)

Customer service: 2 years (Required)
