Sales Administrative Assistant
SIMFLO is dedicated to delivering Performance Beyond the Pump and empowering employees to excel. The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the sales team by tracking customer orders, quotes, and production status while ensuring strong customer service through effective communication.

Responsibilities
Track customer orders, quotes, and production status on a daily basis
Communicate order progress, delays, and completion updates to customers via email and sometimes by phone
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to obtain accurate order information
Maintain and update order details in CRM and internal tracking systems
Follow established processes and instructions to support consistent order flow
Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills with the ability to write professional emails
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel at a basic level (simple data entry, tracking, and formatting)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
