Inside Sales Representative (Arabic Speaking)

Responsibilities

Participate in lead generation and prospecting activities, including cold calling
Analyze sales and customer data using internal platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Identify opportunities to increase sales through data-driven insights
Contact customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Resolve customer concerns and mediate issues to maintain strong business relationships
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up needs
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and sales processes
Promote a professional, positive, and integrity-driven sales culture
Maintain strong organization, time management, and productivity standards

Required

Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Repsly or similar preferred)
Understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers, Excel, and order entry systems
Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or sales
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Familiarity with negotiation, upselling, and consultative selling techniques
Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Repsly or similar preferred)
Bilingual abilities (English/Arabic/Turkish) preferred but not required
