Responsibilities
Oversee company financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, job cost tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information
Partner with leadership to streamline internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and support cross-department collaboration
Manage and optimize construction accounting systems, with advanced proficiency in construction accounting software (Sage Intacct experience is a plus)
Provide leadership and guidance to administrative and operational staff as needed. Support a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Prepare and present financial and operational reports to ownership. Analyze data to support informed business decisions
Utilize Microsoft 365 applications at an expert level to support reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial and/or operations management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to proficiently use computer software such as Microsoft 365
Preferred
Master's degree and/or CPA
Experience within the construction or electrical industry
