Responsibilities
Perform site layout and design, grading, Stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer design, and erosion control design
Conduct flood studies
Develop pavement and roadway design for industrial and commercial projects
Coordinate with various disciplines for seamless project execution
Interface directly with clients and external partners
Maintain Civil Design/ engineering standards and procedures
Comply with Company’s Quality Control and Project Management procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations
Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience
Registered P.E
Functional knowledge of ASCE, AWWA, and International Codes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts
Must comply with Vestal Corporations' core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees
Preferred
Proficient user of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
