The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, executing various types of automated test cases, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript
Create and execute UI, API, and end-to-end automated test cases
Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines
Perform manual testing and support exploratory testing when needed
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features, identify risks, and improve test coverage
Analyze test results, log defects, and track issues to closure
Ensure high-quality deliverables by enforcing testing best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Software Testing / SDET roles
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers
Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Los Angeles
