Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process—sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing top talent
Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and align on business needs
Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse)
Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals
Manage pipeline activity and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Extend offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of high-volume sales and/or recruiting experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
Team player, highly competitive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proven track record of exceeding goals
