Responsibilities

Serve as the Performance Subject Matter Expert in new sales opportunities, particularly for complex, multi-component Performance product sales

Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services to thoroughly understand client requirements through Product Assessments & Solutions Workshops

Design and document Performance solutions tailored to client business requirements

Partner with Professional Services to develop and advise on the optimal approach to prioritizing implementation phases

Produce comprehensive solution design documents to guide the Professional Services team in crafting Statements of Work (SOW) for implementation

Establish and document a prioritized gap list for clients, aligned with the implementation timeline and plan, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged

Work closely with various internal teams (Product, Sales, Enterprise Hosting, Portfolio Services, Professional Services, and Support Services) to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts in client solutioning and implementation

Communicate with various Product teams across Performance and other functional areas to translate client use cases and requirements into actionable product enhancements which are needed as part of the solution design

Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the solutioning and implementation phases to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Required

Extensive experience as a Performance Subject Matter Expert, preferably with hands-on experience in transitioning clients from legacy solutions such as SS&C Sylvan, SS&C Anova, Eagle Performance, Confluence StatPro, and FactSet B-One to new performance solutions

Strong background in leading client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design

Proven ability to create detailed and actionable solution design documents and implementation plans

Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and manage complex projects, inspiring several cross-functional teams to deliver on the product solution and vision without direct authority

Bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, economics, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
