Responsibilities

GenAI & Large Language Model (LLM) expertise with strong hands-on prompt engineering and model optimization
Deep understanding of the language model lifecycle including training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring
Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques
Experience analyzing and optimizing prompt performance using metrics and user feedback
Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools
Strong experience with prompt engineering and model tuning for NLP use cases
Proficiency in Python for AI and ML development
Experience with cloud-native AI platforms such as IBM WatsonX AI, Vertex AI, Azure ML
Understanding of distributed systems and scalable AI infrastructure
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures relevant to GenAI workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
