Sligo Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Web Designer to join their Technical Services unit within the Division of Medical Informatics. The Web Designer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining UI/UX standards, creating user documentation, and supporting digital literacy initiatives across the Office of Mental Health.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications that meet accessibility and healthcare usability standards

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform human-centered design decisions

Create help documentation, user guides, and training materials for diverse technical literacy levels

Develop infographics and data visualizations that communicate complex healthcare information clearly

Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for enterprise consistency

Collaborate with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and MVP delivery timelines

Support digital transformation initiatives by creating visual assets for stakeholder communications and change management

Produces and maintains websites, including web graphic design; interface design; authoring standardized code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an NASAD accredited Graphic Design Program
