Responsibilities

Conduct full scope of controls projects that will involve programming with PLC/HMI or other various technologies

Work within a team environment of project deliverables

Learn new technologies via in-house or external training

Develop processes to help support our team growth

Solve problems for our team and customers

Deliver projects that meet or exceed customer's expectations

Develop customers relationships

Contribute to project teams, providing help outside of controls scope when required

Establish beneficial relationships with our key supplier products and service and provide technical assistance around issues or solutions

Develop new controls techniques or equipment that will help maintain Bastian as a leader in our industry
