Responsibilities

Deliver engaging tools training sessions across platforms (Mercury, LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)
Design and maintain scalable training content (e-learning, guides, videos, workshops)
Act as a feedback loop between users and platform owners, escalating usability issues
Monitor tool adoption and effectiveness using data; identify gaps and propose solutions
Collaborate with IT, sales leadership, and global L&D teams to ensure alignment
Champion a culture of digital adoption and continuous learning

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Recruitment Technology Training (Recruitment sales experience is a plus)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools (Mercury, LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, Power BI)
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
