Responsibilities

Document Control: Assist in managing RFIs (Requests for Information), Submittals, and Construction Drawings using [Insert Software, e.g., Procore/Bluebeam]
Field Coordination: Walk the site with Superintendents to monitor safety compliance and track daily progress
Quantity Take-offs: Assist in estimating and material ordering
Subcontractor Management: Help coordinate schedule updates and communicate with trade partners
Quality Control: Participate in punch list walks and quality assurance inspections
