Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives
Post–go-live optimization, Automation, adoption, and reporting
Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations
