Provide exceptional customer service and IT support
Assist with helpdesk and desktop tasks
Perform password resets and PC imaging
Set up new hires and manage terminations
Address complex IT issues with professionalism
Travel quarterly to field offices
Communicate effectively with the team
Qualification
Required
3.5+ years of IT support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in Windows environments
Preferred
Oil & gas industry experience
Familiarity with desktop and helpdesk support
Comfortable with non-tiered IT support
