Responsibilities
Manage the operational integrity, content lifecycle, and quality assurance of critical internal and customer-facing platforms
Ensure seamless content delivery and platform stability
Drive continuous improvement of digital experiences for Apple Retail teams and customers
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in digital project management
Track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple platforms
Experience partnering with creative, development, and cross-functional teams
Experience planning, leading, and executing User acceptance testing
Experience in prompting, tagging and user training for AI projects
Experience leading workflow efficiencies in partnership with multiple teams
Preferred
Passion for crafting digital experiences
Familiarity with a variety of content technologies and AI
Experience in building positive relationships with colleagues and business partners, and you can communicate effectively one on one and in large groups
