Responsibilities
Data entry
Running a daily purchase order recommendation and ordering all special and stock orders for products that are below the minimum stocking level at the given time of year
Working knowledge of how to set up new manufacturers, part numbers, product descriptions, product pricing etc. in the computer system
Assist the parts manager/supervisor with tracking inventories
Field and answer calls from customers
Guide customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment and provide expert recommendations when necessary
Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts, pricing, and availability
Other tasks as defined by management
Qualification
Required
Good general computer skills
Dependable and well organized
Focus on providing exceptional customer service
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to take direction and think on your feet
Strong ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-focused attitude
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs
Required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb to perform work
May be required to stand, walk and use hands-fingers for long periods of time
