Assisting with trademark searches and clearance
Preparing and filing trademark applications
Coordinating responses to office actions under attorney supervision
Tracking deadlines, maintaining docketing systems, and ensuring timely renewals, maintenance filings, and records

Required

3+ years' experience as a trademark paralegal
Assisting with trademark searches and clearance
Preparing and filing trademark applications
Coordinating responses to office actions under attorney supervision
Tracking deadlines, maintaining docketing systems, and ensuring timely renewals, maintenance filings, and records
The role will be full-time
Role will be performed onsite in Santa Clara, California 5 days per week
Company's budget for full-time work is $2,500 - $3,000/week. Company is open to rates outside of this range based experience
Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
