Part-Time Office Manager
AIS Construction Equipment is Michigan’s oldest locally owned and operated heavy equipment company, proudly serving customers for over 60 years. They are seeking a long-term, part-time office manager to join their Lansing team, responsible for managing daily office administrative workflow and supporting department leaders with various projects and operational needs.

Responsibilities
Managing daily office/department administrative workflow
Prioritizing tasks and handling multiple requests with confidence
Coordinating communication between team members, vendors, and leadership
Scheduling, tracking, and organizing important departmental documents
Assisting with reporting, data entry, and basic spreadsheet work
Identifying issues proactively and making decisions to resolve them
Supporting department leaders with various projects and operational needs
Qualification
Required
State-issued valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen/physical & background check
Previous office or administrative experience
Can make decisions independently and problem-solve confidently
Assertive and professional—comfortable following up and taking initiative
Does not require constant direction; can manage own workflow
Dependable, detailed, and organized
Has strong communication skills (in person, phone, email)
Preferred
Construction/equipment knowledge a plus
