Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of test environments, including hardware, software, and operating systems

Support the development and execution of test plans and maintain accurate documentation of test setups and configurations

Execute verification and compliance testing in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements

Document, track, and report defects; assist in issue reproduction, root cause analysis, and verification of fixes

Partner with compliance engineers to support certification testing for new products and maintain certifications for existing products

Maintain organized test records, reports, and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews

Required

Ability to understand technical and regulatory requirements and apply them to product testing and evaluation

Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and standards quickly

Preferred

5+ years of technical experience, or completion of a 2-year technical training program or associate degree

Experience working in a lab or testing environment is a plus

Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and an interest in compliance or testing roles are encouraged to apply

Experience in product development, quality, testing, or regulatory environments

Familiarity with industry standards, certification processes, or regulated products

Experience working with safety-critical or compliance-driven systems
