Boscov's is a chain of full service department stores serving the total family needs of our customers. They are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns to drive revenue growth and maximize return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms

Own keyword strategy, bidding methodologies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and incremental revenue

Analyze performance data daily and weekly to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively recommend optimizations

Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to align paid search efforts with promotional calendars

Develop and maintain testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation

Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure spend aligns with forecasts and business objectives

Produce clear, concise performance reporting with actionable insights for internal stakeholders

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity within the retail landscape
