Responsibilities

Drives sales activities and successfully sell Melaleuca Home Security and other services programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based. These are not cold calls as you are calling current Melaleuca Members

Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals. Sales is a numbers game and you will win by your effort

Own and manage a pipeline Melaleuca customers

Become an expert in Melaleuca’s Services and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit member needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success
