Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Video Editing : Create branded assets in Figma, Adobe Suite & Canva for Web Design, Paid AD Campaigns, Email Marketing, Social Media, Print Assets and short-form/long-form videos editing for a wide range of marketing initiatives
Website Design & Management : Maintain and update company/clients’ websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms)
Paid Advertising : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, optimize web content, and track rankings to drive organic growth
Email Marketing : Build and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automations for engagement and conversions
Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance across all channels, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations
Social Media Marketing: Manage social content calendars, publish posts, engage with audiences, and run paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong background in Graphic Design
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Monday.com, Microsoft, and HubSpot
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of UI/UX core principles
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to balance creative and analytical work
