Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in an Estimator role on civil projects
Degree in engineering or construction science
Proficient computer skills including AutoCad, Agtek, Bluebeam, OST and Excel
Ability to analyze project documents, drawings and specs to identify civil scope and review geotechnical reports and lab testing results
Relationship building skillset with team members and vendors
