Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and reporting of partner marketing and field events including but not limited to in-person events, webinars, trade shows, dinners and happy hours
Execute logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including but not limited to venue, catering, attendance management, onsite support
Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to deliver well-run events that drive engagement and pipeline
This is an execution-focused role with exposure to partner marketing strategy, vendor management, and post-event performance tracking
Support the partner managers in tracking partner marketing budget and expenses, processing invoices and payments, inventory for swag and event material
Ad hoc request to support partner marketing function in general
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in partnerships or events
Degree in Marketing or relevant certifications
Passion for in-person and online events
Self starter, hungry to learn and proactive
Detailed oriented, with interpersonal skills and has exposure coordinating events
End to end experience coordinating in-person and online events such as setup, dry runs, live, post-event follow up
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and the ability to travel across North America
Preferred
Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, or willingness to travel occasionally for events
