Responsibilities

Handles in a learning capacity all small procurement (less than $100,000) for the office needs of SHA District Office-soliciting, evaluation, awarding and administering supply and service contracts according to COMAR Title 21 – Subtitle 05 – Chapter 07 – Small Procurement Regulations

SHA procurement regulations require adequate separation of duties to be established between the purchasing and receiving functions

This position will function at the entry level of work in procurement for Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties

Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Candidate must possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the state of Maryland
