Responsibilities
Provide project and analytical support to Air National Guard leadership and staff
Ensure consistent and efficient business processes in accordance with established protocols
Analyze complex technical, operational, or organizational issues and present findings clearly and concisely
Prepare briefings, reports, and supporting documentation for senior military and civilian leadership
Support task tracking, coordination, and oversight using electronic task management systems
Interface professionally with senior military and civilian officials, adhering to proper protocol
Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of information handled
Adapt quickly to evolving mission requirements and organizational changes
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to analyze complex technical or operational issues and communicate findings clearly
Experience briefing or supporting senior leadership
Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities
Knowledge of the functions, missions, and organizational relationships of the National Guard within the DoD
Experience using electronic task management systems
Preferred
Prior experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) component
Experience interfacing with senior military and civilian officials and understanding related protocol
Background in organizational analysis, writing, or research
Experience working within or supporting NGB Executive Secretariat (ExecSec) environments
Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in sensitive operational settings
