Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Management: Nurture high-value accounts to ensure long-term partnership health while executing seasonal business plans aligned with global brand objectives
Business Analysis & Optimization: Leverage sell-through data and market trends to conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for inventory optimization and assortment expansion
Market Expansion & Hunting: Proactively identify and close new business opportunities to increase brand footprint and strategically win floor space from competitors
Relationship Engineering: Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships with Directors of Golf, Retail Buyers, and key decision-makers
Product Authority: Present seasonal collections with expertise, emphasizing technical innovations and the unique DNA of the PEI Golf brand roster
Field Presence: Maintain a high-frequency presence within the territory, with expected travel of 30% to 35% to service the account base effectively

Required

5–7 years of wholesale apparel experience, specifically within the Golf or Premium Sports/Lifestyle sectors
Proven ability to manage the 'big picture' of retail, including a strong command of margins, turn rates, and retail math
Demonstrated ability to translate complex sales data into actionable strategies that drive revenue for both PEI and the retail partner
A deep-seated understanding of the golf industry, its market trends, and the surrounding lifestyle
A self-starter who is energized by prospecting, cold-calling, and the challenge of winning new business
Resilient, coachable, and consistently seeking ways to improve personal performance and business processes
Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade high-level stakeholders
Highly disciplined in time management with the ability to manage a rigorous travel schedule and field presence
