Responsibilities

Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Complete inspection forms and reports as required

Ensure all of work is performed in accordance with outlined job procedures

Assist the Internal Maintenance Manager in administrative functions up to and including disciplinary actions, Team Member counseling, training and development of new supervisors

Assist in the completion of Team Member evaluations as outlined in Company policy

Report facility problems and required preventative maintenance

Prepare necessary work orders and ensure equipment is repaired and returned in timely manner
