Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up with customer calls when necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center Customer service role
Strong customer service and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
Basic Computer Skills
High School Diploma
A passion for customer advocacy
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
