Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst responsible for leading strategic initiatives to manage obsolescence risks across the supply chain. The role involves advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supply continuity and minimize financial impact from obsolete inventory.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive obsolescence management strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead predictive analysis to identify obsolescence risks and recommend mitigation plans
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor obsolescence trends and performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Oversee identification and disposition of obsolete and slow-moving inventory
Drive initiatives to reduce excess stock and improve inventory turnover
Partner with supply planning, raw material planning, demand planning, brand, commercial, and finance to review obsolescence risks and action plans
Serve as subject matter expert for obsolescence management across the organization
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on obsolescence metrics and mitigation strategies
Maintain accurate records of obsolete products and related financial impact
Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements for obsolescence management
Support audits and provide documentation for compliance purposes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or related field preferred, MBA desirable
5-10 years supply chain experience and experience with SAP or similar ERP system required
Experience in Consumer Products Goods
Experience in supply planning or analytics
Proficiency in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred
Experience in a senior role preferred
Providing strategic updates to senior stakeholders
Mentoring and training junior analysts
