Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise MDM implementation projects (initiation to go-live)
Manage SAP MDM / MDG or equivalent MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, IBM MDM, etc.)
Drive MDM strategy across Customer, Product, Vendor, or Material data domains
Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, data, integration, QA, vendors)
Own project planning, scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication
Ensure data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle processes
Act as primary client-facing PM for enterprise MDM initiatives

Required

8+ years of Project Management experience
Proven end-to-end MDM implementation experience (non-negotiable)
Strong exposure to SAP MDM / SAP MDG or similar enterprise MDM tools
Experience managing large-scale enterprise data programs
Excellent stakeholder, communication, and delivery skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid Chicago onsite model

Preferred

SAP ecosystem experience
Data Governance / Data Quality frameworks
Agile / Scrum / PMP certification
