Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Maintain accurate records of service desk interactions, ensuring that all issues and resolutions are documented for future reference
Investigate and diagnose IT issues, providing swift and effective solutions
Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and participate in team projects to enhance overall system performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep our systems on the cutting edge
