Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition to execution, monitoring, and final delivery

Partner with business and external technical teams to understand their business needs, guide the design and development of solutions, and ensure they meet organizational standards and goals

Manage and coordinate relationships with external partners, software providers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objective

Build and lead project teams, including consultants, developers, and business users, motivating them to achieve project objectives

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project

Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget to stakeholders and executives

Manage project budget and ensure the project remains within financial constraints

Required

University degree preferably in technology, engineering or Business Administration

5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of financial information systems, with extensive technological and systems architecture knowledge

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and strong planning, organizational, and execution skills

Strong knowledge and experience with SAP finance modules (FI, CO, PS, TR) and integration across different SAP modules

Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA, Financial processes and integration across different SAP Landscape

While not necessarily a deep configurator, they must understand technical aspects and how SAP systems integrate with other applications

Medium/High English Level (Cambridge B2 or similar)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to manage diverse teams and various stakeholders

A solid understanding of business processes, particularly financial ones, and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions

The ability to navigate change and guide organizations through complex SAP implementations and transformations
