Paid Media Specialist
LHH is seeking a performance-focused Paid Media Specialist with deep experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to help drive their digital growth. This hybrid role involves managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative teams to develop effective ad assets.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta Ads
Manage daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs to meet acquisition and revenue goals
Analyze campaign metrics and deliver clear performance insights and recommendations
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets
Maintain accurate tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversions) and ensure data integrity
Stay up-to-date on Orlando market trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience focused on Google + Meta
Strong understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings clearly
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
Preferred
Agency, e‑commerce, or fast-growth business experience
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Supermetrics, or SimilarWeb
Experience improving landing page performance and funnel conversion
