Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (Testing and Monitoring / Level 2)

Walmart Inc. is a leading retail corporation, and they are seeking a Manager for Specialty Compliance and Ethics to enhance their compliance-related testing and monitoring efforts. This role involves coordinating audits and reviews related to Anti-Corruption, Ethics, and Compliance, while building relationships with stakeholders to support company initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drives efficiencies in the audit/review process
Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings
Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness
Identifies process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
3+ years' experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Project Management Certification
Supervisory experience
