Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and enhance the firm’s core financial systems, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert and IntApp Open
Provide ongoing support to end users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and training
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations
Perform ETL (extract, transform, load) activities, including data migration, data loads, and validation across financial platforms
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliation and validation processes
Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views to support reporting, automation, and troubleshooting
Support month-end and year-end processing and financial reporting activities
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Intake teams to implement system enhancements and resolve cross-platform issues
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities
Support integrations between enterprise systems to streamline operations and ensure data consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems required
3+ years of experience with financial, practice management or enterprise systems, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with data migration, data loads, and system integrations; experience with IntApp Open (Business Intake or Conflicts module preferred); form and workflow design and applications
Preferred
Familiarity with legal industry systems and workflows preferred
