Responsibilities
Acts as the primary internal contact
Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
Typing experience
Intermediate Excel experience
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Time management skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work; Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy
Critical thinking skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing
Problem-solving skills
Banking industry knowledge
Claims processors - mortgage /banking preferred
