Technical Recruiter (Hybrid)
RSC Solutions is a growing staffing firm based in Bergen County, NJ, seeking entry-level to mid/senior-level Recruiters. In this role, you will handle all aspects of recruiting from end to end, including screening candidates, developing a candidate database, and managing the interview process.
Responsibilities
Screen potential candidates (including parsing resumes into contact database), prequalify candidates, follow up with candidates, check references and prepare candidate summaries
Develop a database of qualified candidates utilizing multiple sourcing practices
Assess candidates’ experience and skills relative to each open position to determine ideal fit
Manage candidates throughout entire interview process, scheduling technical and consultative screenings with internal staff
Lead efforts in verifying licensure/certifications/background screenings for candidates
Discuss/Negotiate offer, acceptance and start date with candidates
Review all final internal and external hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Research, coordinate and participate in networking events and job fairs
Use best practices and measurement standards to ensure highest quality of recruitment process
Routinely prepare updates for management on the status of all recruiting activity
Qualification
Required
Minimum two to five years of recruiting experience with experience within the technology sector
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Experience using traditional and new sourcing techniques
Familiarity with contact database systems
