Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Track container pick-ups and deliveries and provide accurate updates to customers
Enter and maintain shipment data with a high level of accuracy
Communicate with carriers and customers via email and phone
Manage daily operational tasks related to drayage accounts
Assist with pricing requests and customer inquiries
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support account managers and operations teams as needed
Identify service issues and escalate when necessary

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent data entry and organizational skills
Very strong Excel and Outlook skills (required)
Comfortable working in spreadsheets, email, and internal systems

Reliable, thorough, and proactive work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry
High School diploma (required)

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred)
Experience with administrative work, data entry, or customer service a plus
Little to no logistics experience required (training provided)
