Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to develop training outlines and hands-on procedures for new and updated products

Work closely with technical writers to transform your outlines into comprehensive training systems

Stay current with industry trends and research new concepts and topic areas, as we have a wide range of ongoing projects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field from a four-year college or university (B.S.)

Minimum of 3 years of networking/programming

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with industrial networking and proficiency in using networked PLCs and HMI

Knowledge of PLC programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix, and familiarity with network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

Industrial Automation: 1 year

Electrical: 2 years
