Responsibilities
Accurately enter a high volume of supplier invoices
Process incoming mail, including sorting and scanning documentation
Apply appropriate job and general ledger cost codes to invoices
Understand and follow invoice processing requirements and workflows
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
Review supplier statements to ensure accuracy and consistency of records
Monitor outstanding payments and take corrective action when needed
Code credit card transactions and follow up on missing receipts
Prepare journal entries as required
Provide positive, responsive support to project managers and suppliers
Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with special projects and reporting requests as assigned

Required

Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and procedures
Demonstrated ability to independently analyze issues, draw conclusions, and develop solutions
