Senior LevelMerit Consulting Group Inc is seeking an AEP/AJO/CJA Architect to design and guide the architecture of customer data platforms. The role involves ensuring solutions meet enterprise requirements, providing architectural oversight for customer journey orchestration platforms, and enabling analytics and insights.

Responsibilities
Design and guide the architecture of customer data platforms, supporting real-time data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation use cases
Define best practices for data orchestration, governance, and lifecycle management
Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance
Provide architectural oversight for customer journey orchestration platforms used for personalized engagement and campaign execution
Define standards for integrations, event-driven workflows, and performance optimization
Partner with delivery teams to ensure implementations align with approved solution designs and enterprise architecture principles
Design data and analytics architectures that support cross-channel journey analysis and reporting
Guide data modeling, transformation, and visualization strategies to meet business analytics and measurement goals
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions
Act as a technical advisor to engineering and delivery teams throughout design and implementation phases
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions
Provide mentorship, architectural guidance, and design reviews to ensure best practices are followed
Establish and enforce architectural standards, documentation, and governance processes
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and operational efficiency
Support adoption of enterprise data and experience platform standards across teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience designing and implementing customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms
Hands-on or architectural experience with Adobe customer experience and analytics solutions
Solid understanding of data ingestion, identity management, real-time data processing, and analytics architectures
Experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and event-driven integrations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
