Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Leadership Team
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Manage calendars and scheduling
Respond to correspondence and inquiries
Edit, proofread, and format documents
Perform other advanced administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent computer proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
