Teamatical is an innovative platform revolutionizing custom on-demand manufacturing in the apparel industry. They are seeking a Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain high-quality user documentation for their SaaS platform, collaborating closely with the software development team.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain user guides, help articles, and process documentation for existing and newly released features
Partner closely with software developers to understand product functionality, workflows, and technical concepts
Organize and run working sessions with developers and internal stakeholders to gather information and validate documentation
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for a diverse audience
Produce video-based guides, including screen recordings with voiceovers, to support user education and onboarding
Maintain and structure documentation within Notion, ensuring content is accurate, organized, and easy to navigate
Identify documentation gaps and proactively propose improvements
Ensure documentation remains up to date as features and interfaces change

Required

2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, user guides, and/or instructional content
Exceptional English written communication skills
Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Experience creating documentation
Comfortable working directly with software developers and technical teams
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage documentation independently
Strong attention to detail and consistency

Preferred

Experience recording screen and audio guides (we currently use Vimeo)
Familiarity with Notion or similar documentation tools
Experience working with SaaS products
Exposure to tools such as Monday.com, MS Office suite, Notion (or similar documentation tools)
